A shadow, a wish
Gone in an instant
Turn to look; evaporates
Try to think, can't concentrate
This darkness hovers over my mind
But where there is shadow, there must be light
Encapsulated, sorrow's heart
Enough regret, this choking dark

From sorrow's pain, from self neglect

In stable balanced thought
